If you’re paying attention even a little bit, you’ve heard the buzz about startups and how they are burgeoning in Buffalo. You may even have heard the phrase, “startup ecosystem” and wondered, what the heck is that?! If you are a founder, a founder-to-be (someone who’s always had the entrepreneurial spirit but isn’t sure how to get started), a thought leader, or idea generator - you’re part of the “startup ecosystem”.

No matter which category you fall into (or if you don’t even fall neatly into any category), Techstars Startup Week Buffalo invites everyone to connect, learn, and be inspired right here in Buffalo at the new Aloft hotel Sunday, September 15 - Thursday September 19.

So what is Techstars Startup Week Buffalo?

It is a five-day celebration of our local startup ecosystem to build momentum and opportunity around Buffalo’s unique entrepreneurial identity. This first-ever Startup Week in Buffalo is the perfect opportunity to play a part in growing the local startup community for years to come. It has something for everyone including keynote speakers, workshops, and networking.

Each night will feature educational content and community meetups focused around seven tracks:

  • Startup 101
  • Finance
  • Legal
  • Design
  • Development
  • Game Development
  • Techstars

And perhaps the best part: IT’S ALL FREE! You just have to register.

That’s right – completely free to attend. Join for whatever piques your interest and you can fit into your busy schedule.

Techstars has been held by many cities internationally for years. Now, Buffalo joins the celebration. As a community-led event, content has been developed that is relevant to you. Visit the registration page to view agenda, speaker bios,  and event information,

See you there!
