The IBM Innovation Center offers collaborative spaces, including open tables, breakout areas, and conference rooms.  The space is fully furnished and encompasses two floors, with the ability to accommodate up to 250 seats.

IBM is working with New York State on finding collocating companies to work with. There are some qualifying factors, such as the creation of new tech jobs in the Buffalo Niagara region.

Transportation options include an adjacent parking ramp with 1,400 parking spaces. Access to the NFTA Metro Rail is located immediately outside the building at the Fountain Plaza Station. The building is also within walking distance of many amenities, including a variety of downtown restaurants.
